Mallory had a thing for pizza. Not just eating it, though she did that with pure joy, but living in it. She worked in pizza places, laughed over late-night slices, and somehow made every pie taste better just by being around. She was magnetic, funny, a little wild, and deeply loved. In 2021, we lost her far too soon.
So, we did what anyone would do to honor someone unforgettable: We built her a pizza place. Mallory’s isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a promise. Every pizza, salad, and sandwich is made with one question in mind:
“Would Mallory smile at this?”
Founded by her sister Megan (our kitchen queen), her partner Brad (the love she left behind), and her friend Mark (a 30-year pizza vet), Mallory’s exists to spread the same joy she brought to every table.
